I am an Engineer and Business Strategist operating in aerospace sector, bridging the gap between technical innovation and operational reality.

Over the last decade, my career has evolved from ruggedized engineering at Thales to high-stakes program management at MBDA and recently to startup leadership at Neode Systems. My work is driven by one constant: delivering reliable solutions for complex environments.

I combine Toyota Way's inspired Project Management principles with technical authority to turn complex requirements into actionnable solutions, while supporting my team with clear vision and strong focus on people development. Whether that means securing and delivering a €3M French MoD contract, framing a €15M defence digital platform or building a hardware division from scratch to deliver as much as possible sovereign embedded AI I am always eager for new challenges to tackle.

My ability to secure business stems from deep subject matter expertise supported by a genuine curiosity about everything that also helps me finding creative solutions customer's problems. As former president of the BNAé HUMS working group and patent holder, I actively participate whenever I can in shaping industry standards in order to secure strategic business positions.

Based in Nagoya, Japan, I currently serve as independent Advisor for French defense companies on securing critical component alternatives, ensuring operational resilience and supply chain sovereignty in a complex global market.
